Personal enrichment is key to the stability and longevity of our team and importantly our clients, we therefore continually encourage and evaluate our individual team members throughout their career progression via our informal and formal "personal review process".
Individual development needs don't need to be met every time by sending everyone on a training course. On the contrary, we believe it's about understanding the market you're working in and understanding your own individual business and clients needs.
World Class communication is often the key that leads to improving our teams understanding, we're therefore always in 'coaching mode' and fully encourage every team member to be hungry for information and understanding and to ask questions... whenever and to whomever.
There's a wealth of knowledge and expertise within our business, consisting of passionate people that have and continue to work closely together and with major blue chip companies and brands. We take that knowledge and expertise and put it to good use by sharing it within our team, whilst at the same time continually staying abreast of what's new and emerging in the market place.
We understand that there are times when a formal course or workshop is the best solution to meet a particular development need and to that end, we've invested heavily in our own internal Learning Facility (The Learning Lounge). But it doesn't just sit looking pretty all the time... there's never a month goes by that it's not in use. This financial year alone, we've facilitated c20 courses for 90 people, ranging from Client Care to Customer Service to Leadership.
